These Terms of Use govern your use of WakeNDo. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of WakeNDo
WakeNDo provides alarm, reminder, mission, and wake routine tools. You are responsible for configuring alarms correctly and for maintaining backup wake-up methods when missing an alarm could cause harm, loss, or other consequences.
Free and Premium Access
Free access may include limited functionality, such as one simple alarm without task-based dismissal. Premium access may unlock mission-based alarms, additional alarm capacity, advanced wake settings, statistics, and other premium features shown in the app.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- WakeNDo may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Any free trial, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where allowed by Apple policy.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid access, interfere with app services, or use WakeNDo in a way that violates applicable laws.
No Warranty
WakeNDo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that alarms, notifications, missions, or system integrations will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WakeNDo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WakeNDo after updates means you accept the updated terms.
