How do I cancel my EarlyMark Pro subscription?

You can cancel your subscription directly in your iPhone's App Store settings:

  1. Open Settings → Tap your name → Subscriptions
  2. Select EarlyMark
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Ensure you have enabled push notifications for EarlyMark in your iPhone's Settings:

  1. Open Settings → Notifications → EarlyMark
  2. Toggle "Allow Notifications" to ON
  3. Ensure "Sounds" and "Banners" are enabled

Also, make sure your device is connected to the internet for push notifications to work.

How do I use the Anti-Cheat Accountability Partner feature?

1. Go to the Profile tab in EarlyMark

2. Tap "Add Accountability Partner"

3. Enter your friend's EarlyMark username or email

4. Once they accept, you'll be able to see each other's task completion status and send reminders.

How do I restore my purchase?

1. Open EarlyMark → Go to the Subscription page

2. Tap "Restore Purchase"

3. Sign in with your Apple ID to restore your active subscription.

Is EarlyMark available for iPad?

EarlyMark is currently available exclusively for iPhone. We are working on an iPad version for a future update.
