Common questions
- Does audio loop? Yes. Sounds are designed to loop seamlessly until you stop them or the timer completes.
- How does the timer work? The timer counts down, then fades audio out gently at the end.
- Can it play on the Lock Screen? Yes. Enable Background Playback in Nest settings.
- Why did audio stop? Check the timer, Low Power Mode, and output device (AirPods/AirPlay) connectivity.
Troubleshooting
- Switch output devices (built‑in speaker ↔ AirPods ↔ AirPlay) and retry playback.
- Force quit and relaunch the app, then start playback again.
- Make sure the timer isn’t set to a short duration.
- If Background Playback is off, audio may stop when the screen locks.
