By using Fan Noise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

• You may use Fan Noise for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
• Do not use Fan Noise in safety‑critical situations where audio could distract you.

Subscriptions

If Fan Noise offers a subscription, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Fan Noise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
