Where are my PDFs stored?
Generated PDFs are stored locally in the PaperVeil app. Open Files in the app to preview, share, rename, or delete them.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. PaperVeil processes scans, image conversions, filters, and text recognition on your device. A document is only shared when you choose an export or share destination.
How do I scan a new document?
Open PaperVeil and select Scan. Capture one or more pages, then finish the scan to enter Arrange Pages. You can adjust, reorder, and export the result as a PDF.
How do I delete a PDF?
Open Files, tap the delete button beside a PDF, and confirm. Deleted files are removed from PaperVeil’s local storage.
How can I extract text?
Open a page in the editor and select Extract text. The recognized text remains on your device until you choose to copy or share it.
