By downloading or using PaperVeil, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
PaperVeil provides on-device tools for scanning documents, converting images to PDF, organizing PDFs, extracting text, and sharing files. Features may change as the app evolves.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the documents and images you process with PaperVeil. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to scan, convert, store, or share your content. Do not use PaperVeil for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
4. Availability and device storage
PaperVeil operates on your device. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient device storage and for backing up files when appropriate. We cannot recover documents deleted from your device or files lost because of device, system, or backup failures.
5. Intellectual property
PaperVeil, its design, and its software are owned by Tower Energy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or its branding.
6. No warranty
PaperVeil is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tower Energy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of documents, data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of PaperVeil.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features when necessary. Continuing to use PaperVeil after a revised effective date means that you accept the updated Terms.
