Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nature Sounds on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Nature Sounds for personal relaxation, focus, sleep routines, alarms, and similar lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app or its sound content except as allowed by applicable law.
4. Wellness Notice
Nature Sounds is provided for relaxation and general lifestyle use. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Alarm and notification features may depend on device settings, battery state, volume, Focus modes, operating system behavior, and other conditions. Do not rely on the app as your only alarm for critical events.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features require compatible iOS versions and device permissions.
6. Ownership
Nature Sounds, including its design, software, sounds, artwork, text, and related materials, is owned by Tower Energy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
7. Apple Terms
Nature Sounds is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not responsible for the app, support, maintenance, claims, or these terms. Your use of the app must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable App Store rules.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tower Energy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of Nature Sounds.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will indicate the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
